FAQs

1. Will there be a license provided?
Yes, there will be licenses provided to each participant.
It will be a full version of Resolume Arena 7 valid for 5 days.
You CAN use it for event if it falls within those dates.

2. I have registered, can I pay on the day?
Unfortunately, to help with our planning, we require advanced payment to book your slots.

3. Do I need a new or specific device just to run Resolume Arena 7 ?
Yes & No. For this workshop, we need you to have a PC/Mac that meets the minimum requirements as per the link below.
Refer to this > https://resolume.com/support/en/tech-specs
For professional use, I would advise getting a device specific for LED and Projections as that would be a controlled device without any additional softwares etc.

4. I have a business and want all my staff to learn how to use Resolume Arena 7, can I have 1 registration and we all sit around a computer?
No. Please organize a private session with us if this is the case. Private Online or Onsite options available.
Cygnet Management reserves the right to exit you from the session should there be a case where a license or meeting link has been unauthorizedly shared.

5. I have absolutely NO experience with Resolume Arena whatsoever, do I need to prepare anything before the session?
That’s great, we want to work with people like you. Coming into the session with 0 is much better than attempting to adapt to new method of operation.

6. Who will be conducting the training?
Training provided by myself Daniel DeCruz, I am a Resolume Arena Engineer and a teacher. I have been using Resolume since Arena 4 approximately 10 years ago.
I have used Resolume in various productions in all scales large, small and huge.
Productions such as rave parties, theatre, annual dinners (of course) & concerts to name a few.
I specifically enjoy using audio triggering to sync live music to the effects that are being displayed.
Of all events, my favourite job to do would be New Years Eve countdowns where I have only 1 chance to trigger “Happy New Year” at the stroke of midnight.

Thank you
